Booking Conditions

 

Rooms

• Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.

• If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

 

Suite and Holiday Home

• You may cancel your reservation up to 42 days before arrival.

• For cancellations between 42 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.

• If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount will be due.

 

For the suite and the holiday home, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.

 

Even though no one likes to cancel a holiday, we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance – it can help soften the blow when unexpected things happen.
