We are located in Raissac d’Aude, a typical village in the South of France, surrounded by the vineyards of Corbières and Minervois, just 15 minutes from the historic city of Narbonne.

About us
We are Ed & Fred
Two epicureans who fell in love in 2017 with an old house in the small village of Raissac d’Aude. At the time, the house wasn’t in the best condition, but we immediately saw its charm and potential.
With a lot of love, patience (and muscle!), we transformed it in less than two years into what it is today: a warm and elegant place where you instantly feel at home. And the adventure continues – we still roll up our sleeves with joy to make Logement Onze even more beautiful and comfortable. Every stone, every room, every corner tells part of our story. We pour our hearts and souls into this house – and you can feel it the moment you walk through the door.
Our greatest wish? That you feel truly welcome and at ease here. We offer personal attention, comfort, and a relaxed atmosphere where every guest feels genuinely seen and appreciated.
We’re also happy to share our favourite discoveries in the region and recommend the best local restaurants for an authentic culinary experience. A very special member of our household is our Labrador Ollie – a gentle and calm companion who loves a bit of affection.
Because of his presence, we unfortunately cannot welcome other dogs, as hard as that sometimes is.
